Most people when they are selling their first website have no clue where to begin, who to talk to, or what to do. That is the reason I made this guide, because at one time I was in the very same place as you.

Selling a website isn't easy because what exactly are you selling? It's not a piece of equipement like a DVD player or a car, it's really just a bunch of code piled together, right? WRONG! A website is a means of making money and that is the only reason people will be interested in buying your website. It won't be because they think it is fun or cool. Potential buyers are looking for something to make them money.
